I’m a Certified Detoxification Specialist and natural health coach who helps people reconnect to balance through the mind, body, and spirit. Since embracing a fruit-based, majority raw lifestyle in 2023, I’ve dedicated my work to teaching others how to heal naturally using my E.A.T. philosophy — Energy Efficiency, Avoid Acid-Forming Foods, and Toxicity. My goal is to help others experience the same transformation I did by aligning with nature, trusting the body’s intelligence, and living in harmony with the principles that create real health.
